Shipping Policy
We ship to all governorates in Egypt via certified shipping companies.
Shipping is available to all 27 governorates. The fee is 60 EGP, free for orders above 1500 EGP. Remote governorates have an additional 25 EGP distance fee.
Orders are processed within 24 working hours. Delivery takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your address. If unreached after 3 attempts, the order is automatically canceled.
The courier will attempt delivery twice before the order is returned to us.
You have the right to open the outer box in front of the courier to ensure the bottles are intact, but you cannot open the cellophane wrapping if you intend to return the product.
Returns and Exchanges
14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is sealed.
We accept returns within 14 days if the product is in its original box, sealed, unopened, and unused.
For health reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
If you receive a broken, incorrect, or missing product, contact us on the same day and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number. We will send a courier to pick up the product.
After approval, refunds take 3-7 working days. Card payments are refunded to the same card. COD payments are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Bundles must be returned complete. You cannot return one perfume and keep the rest.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum amount of data required to deliver your order.
Name, mobile number, address, and email. We use this data only for order processing and delivery.
We do not see or store your card details. Payment is processed through a secure and certified gateway.
We share your info with the courier for delivery. We do not sell or rent your data.
If you agree to receive marketing messages, you can opt out at any time with a single message to us.
You have the right to request a copy of your data or request its deletion.

We try to describe each perfume accurately, but scent perception and longevity vary by person.
Images are illustrative. Actual colors and packaging may vary slightly.
Prices are in EGP and include taxes. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products.
You can cancel any order before shipping for free. After shipping, our return policy applies.
Perfumes are for external use only. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and children.
The EMERIC name, logo, images, and text are company property.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
